Warranty

Each new product manufactured by ORCA Technologies is warranted for defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of shipment. Defects in material or workmanship found within that period will be replaced or repaired, at ORCA Technologies’ option, without charge for material or labor, provided the customer returns the equipment, freight prepaid, to ORCA Technologies under this limited warranty. ORCA Technologies will return the repaired equipment, freight prepaid, to the customer’s facility. This two-year Limited Warranty does not apply to any software or to any product not manufactured by ORCA Technologies.

Certification of Compliance

ORCA Technologies certifies that this product met its published specifications at the time of shipment from the factory.
Further, this product does not contain mercury bearing compounds and is free from mercury contaminants or toxic and/or hazardous ingredients, as defined by the applicable Federal, State or Local law, code, statute, or regulation.
